WE MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO THE RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, USEFULNESS, ADEQUACY, COMPLETENESS OR SUITABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION WHATSOEVER CONTAINED IN A TECHRN ACCOUNT. You waive any claim that a court located in the State of Florida lacks personal jurisdiction over you, or is an improper venue, or is an inconvenient forum. You agree that you will commence any claim or cause of action you may have against us within one year after the claim or cause of action arises.
